But,  (?)  , February tends to be the least month-like of all months,  , one, because the leap year day is comfortably snug there, and second, it can be confused with  winter or spring, and last but not least , St. Valentines is stuck in the middle, and the Superbowl and this year Olympics also appears. 

So it does have everything, yet it is briefly acknowledged, as everyone races for March and thinks about April, again.  Perhaps that is the lack of acknowledgement at the end of January, when many are often just trying ,  to forget ?????

We might just consider, that as long as we make it to St. Valentine's, we are almost all the way through ?

Never saw it coming !!!

 Well, when you think of all the twisting and spinning, we have been doing over the past, many years, the amount of twisting and spinning that's been going on , recently, may  seem less overwhelming.
